Welcome to Stim and Ramble!
This is a podcast made by neurodivergents, for neurodivergents
We started Stim and Ramble because we know how isolating it can be to live in the world not made for our neurodivergent brains. Through this podcast, we want to create a warm, honest space where we can talk openly about what it’s really like living with AuDHD — the highs, the lows, the funny stuff, and the things we wish more people understood.
We’re not professionals, just two people figuring it out as we go — but we hope our stories help others feel a little more seen, a little more validated, and a lot less alone.
Whether you’re neurodivergent, questioning, or just curious — you’re welcome here. Let’s stim, ramble, and unmask together.

Who are we?
We are two neurodivergent gals on our own discovery journeys, both trying to navigate this crazy life together. We work together, so we basically put up with eachothers craziness full time, we get the ups, the downs, and everything inbetween.

Hey, I’m Harriet - I was diagnosed with autism at 15 and more recently ADHD at 18, which has definitely helped me understand the 24/7 craziness inside my head.
When I’m not talking other peoples ears off, I’ll be at the gym, running, procrastinating study, or trying to wrangle my crazy cocker spaniel puppy who aims to keep me on my toes as much as possible.
As well as ADHD and Autism, I am also diagnosed with BPD as well as other mental health diagnosis.
I’ve always loved to chat about the neurodivergent brain with other people, and this podcast is a way for us to make sense of the crazy, and hopefully help other people do the same.

Hi I’m Alex, I was late diagnosed with Autism and ADHD at 33, which helped me make sense of a lifetime of intensity, curiosity, and sensory chaos.
Outside of rambling into microphones, you’ll usually find me jamming (badly but enthusiastically) on my electric drum kit, or reluctantly dragged into a workout by Harriet – who somehow makes executive dysfunction less convincing as an excuse. I’m also a mum to an amazing ADHD kid, which brings a whole new layer to my journey through neurodivergence, parenting, and learning how to break cycles.
I’m passionate about honest conversations, self-discovery, and finding joy in the weird and wonderful. Stim and Ramble is where I get to do all three.
Stim and Ramble is a chill, sometimes chaotic- but always authentic podcast where we explore life through a neurodivergent lens. Each episode, we dive into a different theme — from masking and sensory overload to relationships, routines, burnout, and everything in between. There’s usually a loose plan… and always a ramble.
We share personal stories, reflections, the occasional meltdown, and plenty of laughs — all with the goal of making space for honesty, connection, and self-acceptance. Expect tangents, relatable moments, and the kind of conversations that feel like you’re just hanging out with your neurospicy mates.
We don’t have all the answers — but we do have lived experience, a lot of curiosity, and a mutual love for going on passionate rants about hyperfixations and social norms.
